Void Filler

Jesus Christ can fill that void..

I'm in no need of a play toy..

I don't pretend to be something without you
I don't take credit nor give it to anyone else because I know who has brought me through

You are the only one that I trust with my whole heart
because you know what's best for me

When I'm lost for words
you already know the words that I'm looking for to say

In my falling short
I often wonder why you seem to never give up on me
Then you remind me
that it was too much of a sacrifice made to set me free

Because of your Spirit
My mind is constantly being transformed
Because of your sacrifice
I've been reborn

This is something worth seeing

Jesus Christ..

Walking

Walking in the unseen
Not knowing whether to go right or left
Do you know what I mean

Life
At times feeling like your walking alone
Darkness all around
Just asking for a little light from a shiny chrome

At a crossroad
Having to choose between what's right and what seems comfortable
Just a minute ago you felt unstoppable

Now your faith is being tested
Your words are being tried
You've come to a place where all you see are signs that points you to giving up
But then you remember what's been placed inside

A seed that imparts determination
A seed that if we depend on it will strengthen our concentration
If we truly walk in it
It will lead us to that peaceful destination

The Holy Ghost
Which is Jesus Christ in Spirit form
While in Him
He will offer that peace that surpasses in every storm
So walk in that state of unknowing
Because after this
That understanding
That wisdom
That joy
On the other end of that tunnel
Yes
It will be glowing

Ready

Ready
Get set
Oh here I go
Moving forward
Because looking back
Is a definite no no

For I've been crucified with Christ
Having Him on the inside
I've been qualified to live right

For Jesus Christ
Me He has sanctified
And in me He shall be glorified
Sorry sin
But I've been pre occupied

No more time wasted on giving into the sinful deeds that are in my flesh
No need of dipping and dabbing
Because whatever seed that's planted
Will soon be manifest

Knowing that I am a servant to whomever I yield myself to
Actions instead of mere words
Who knew

So yeah
I'm of the forward generation
Pushing
Pressing
Moving forward as a servant of God
Doing this with no hesitation
For He is my desperation

Destination

I must keep in mind my destination
Can't allow the troubles of life break my concentration
For I've allowed Jesus Christ to be my motivation

Having started well
But its all about how I finish
My faith I will not allow to diminish

I haven't been called to follow after my flesh
But I've been called to walk
Live
Continue on in the Spirit
Life in the Holy Ghost
Pressing on in every lyric

Living
While others are looking on
Being this living epistle
They are reading
Hearing
Keeping up with me as they would do a song

Having to make sure that my life speaks Jesus and nothing else
Can't allow it to become about self

Distractions
Trials
Through it all I'm having to persevere
Not allowing myself to be ruined
Controlled
Destroyed by fear

Having been water baptized in Jesus and and Holy Ghost filled
This has taken place not for Shar'on
But for Christ Jesus in my life to be revealed

A born again Christian
Not called to live the same life as before
Like a dog returning to its vomit
This is not what God is looking for

Called to be a solider
On the battlefield for my Lord
Armed and dangerous
Dressed with the whole armour of God
Showing Christ that it's Him that I adore

Heaven is promised
But it all depends on my obedience to fully follow His Word
My destination is Heaven
Where I will live once more

Heart Belonging..

My heart belonging to the True Vine
For because of Him I'm perfect by design

My life reflecting His own
Taking on His attributes and leaving mine alone
For its in  Him is where I belong

Representing the True Vine
Wanting Him to be seen
Felt
Experienced in every rhyme

For in me the True Vine
Jesus Christ has been resurrected
And never again shall we be disconnected

For I have submitted to taking on the mind of Christ which comes through me allowing my mind to be renewed
Can't be done with both minds
Must loose mine and follow His
Can't be done with both
So don't get it confused
Yeah
This is a choice we've got to choose

Transforming to what's been written
And that being His Word which is Spirit and Life
Following after it
Will diminish envy and strife

Choosing whom servant I want to be
And this is shown by my actions
This isn't about me gaining any satisfaction
For Jesus Christ is the main attraction

My Lord and Saviour
Its important that your being seen in me
